We supply high-strength screws, bolts and threaded parts for crane booms, slewing rings and hoisting winches in all common and required strength classes – including complete inspection documentation and traceability.

Whether standard, intermediate or oversize: our nuts and washers are made from carbon, duplex or super duplex steels and secure your design even under the most severe load cycles.

We manufacture metric and imperial rods, pins and fitted bolts exactly to drawing – with the required material certificates and a coating of your choice, such as Zn-Ni or HVOF.

For fatigue-critical joints, you receive hardened bolts and dowel pins that are designed for the fatigue strength range and are fully inspected.

Backlash-free bearings are achieved with precision-ground sleeves, bushings and eccentric rings, which we manufacture and finish to an accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter.

Time is money: we deliver screws, washers and nuts pre-assembled and pre-sorted, so your fitters can get started right away.

From small-batch parts to complex assemblies, turned and milled components are produced from a single source, including surface finishing, heat treatment and measurement reports.

We source simple brackets as well as pressure-bearing, safety-relevant assemblies – on request with welding procedure qualification records according to EN ISO 15614.

We deliver components over 3,000 mm long or weighing more than 4 t per piece with a straightness guarantee of 0.05 mm/m and complete ultrasonic or X-ray testing.

DIN, ISO or ANSI: you can get standard parts in special materials or with special coatings, worldwide just-in-time or on demand.

We supply flanges, bends and fitting bolts both bright and corrosion-protected – ready for offshore, chemical or power plant applications.

For defined preload forces, we offer springs in numerous materials, sizes and force characteristics.

Whether O-ring, metal flange gasket or special profile: our sealing solutions withstand high pressure, chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Ventilation units, pumps, cables or cable glands complete your bill of materials and come preconfigured with the required certificates.

We supply temperature, displacement and speed sensors tailored to your control technology – including a calibration certificate.

Cable ties, clamps, retaining rings and other small parts round off your package and reach you pre-sorted for fast assembly.
