Benefit from our expertise:
We produce complex components, assemblies and bills of materials from a single source – precisely and reliably.
Questions many special machine builders in cable car construction are familiar with:
- Do you repeatedly experience complaints or quality deviations with highly stressed screws, bolts or dowel pins that have to hold reliably under enormous tensile and shear forces – with direct consequences for the operational safety of your system?
- Do your designers or maintenance staff have to reorder special parts because the original bill of materials was incomplete – risking that safety-critical components for haul ropes, carriages or towers are not available in time?
- Is the approval of your system delayed because test certificates are missing, material batches cannot be clearly traced or the documentation of safety-relevant components remains incomplete?
- Do rework, additional coordination with suppliers or internal inspections tie up valuable resources that you actually need for planning and implementing your cable car projects?
- Are you missing a partner who reliably coordinates and inspects the complete bill of materials – from high-strength special components and safety-critical assemblies to complete documentation – so that you gain schedule reliability and the trust of authorities and operators?
Your added value – at a glance
High-strength, weather-resistant materials
We use specially alloyed steels and duplex/super duplex steels (e.g. 1.4410, 1.4462) that reliably absorb extreme tensile and compressive loads as well as changing temperatures. These are supplemented by nickel and titanium alloys for maximum toughness and durability.
Specialized coatings
Corrosion protection through zinc and electroplated coatings, phosphating or anodizing – tailored to many years of outdoor exposure and the special requirements of cable car systems.
Custom-made geometries
Precise manufacturing according to drawing and specification: from special angles and eccentrics to large-format parts > 3,000 mm. Optimum accuracy of fit ensures even load distribution and maximum service life.
Complete inspection procedures / documentation
All destructive and non-destructive tests (hardness, tensile test, crack testing, OES, XRF) as well as geometric measurements are documented. All components are traceable and archived in accordance with standards – for complete security in audits and operation.
