We produce individual special components such as screws, bolts, dowel pins and nuts in special sizes, special materials or with specific coatings – tailored to the load, operating environment and documentation requirements.

For fatigue-critical joints, you receive hardened bolts and dowel pins that are designed for the fatigue strength range and are fully inspected.

Backlash-free bearings are achieved with precision-ground sleeves, bushings and eccentric rings, which we manufacture and finish to an accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter.

Time is money: we deliver screws, washers and nuts pre-assembled and pre-sorted, so your fitters can get started right away.

From small-batch parts to complex assemblies, turned and milled components are produced from a single source, including surface finishing, heat treatment and measurement reports.

We source simple brackets as well as pressure-bearing, safety-relevant assemblies – on request with welding procedure qualification records according to EN ISO 15614.

We deliver components over 3,000 mm long or weighing more than 4 t per piece with a straightness guarantee of 0.05 mm/m and complete ultrasonic or X-ray testing.

DIN, ISO or ANSI: you can get standard parts in special materials or with special coatings, worldwide just-in-time or on demand.
