Products with certificate and proof of origin
Certificates
If required, we can supply you with products which, from the melt to the finished article, prove the properties (material certificates, dimensional reports, certificates of further refinement) by means of certificates.
Guarantee of origin
On request, Stahlberg can also procure standard goods and bulk material with certificates of origin. Thus the countries of origin of the goods can be traced.
Complex geometric components
Part size
The product spectrum of Stahlberg ranges from a threaded pin M2x4, for example, to turned parts with a length of more than 3,000mm and a weight of over 4 tons.
Accuracy
Stahlberg can supply and metrologically reproduce products with very narrow dimensional tolerances, form and positional tolerances and/or special surface qualities according to customer requirements.
Special shapes
Unusual shapes, such as components with eccentrics, complicated angular sequences and other special shapes can be realized by Stahlberg.
Special materials
Operating temperature
Stahlberg supplies components for high and low temperature applications. In the high temperature range, both iron and nickel-based materials are used. (e.g. range steels f .
Corrosion Resistance
For use in corrosive environments, Stahlberg uses a wide variety of materials. On an iron base, austenitic, martensitic or ferritic steels are used here. For special requirements duplex/superduplex steels as well as titanium alloys are used.

Tungsten, cobalt, nickel, titanium, copper and aluminium alloys are part of our product portfolio and are stocked on customer request.

Surface refinement of components
Surface Coatings
Of course, Stahlberg supplies products with galvanic coatings, enamel coatings (such as hot-dip galvanizing), lacquers, PVD coatings or CVD coatings (chrome or titanium nitrite), as well as hardfacing.
Material modifying surface treatments
Special requirements often require special procedures. Stahlberg offers almost all common and special material modifying surface treatments such as inductive, laser and flame hardening, as well as various nitriding processes (plasma/, gas/, bath/carbon nitriding and tenifer coating) on customer request.
Surface coatings of standard components
Standard components with specific surfaces, such as galvanizing with a narrow color spectrum or supplying Stahlberg. Rarely used galvanic coatings, product refinements through customized coatings
Parts according to standard DIN/ISO
Stahlberg is your strong partner for fasteners. We produce every standardized fastener according to DIN, ISO, EN and ANSI in every required size and quantity – naturally also in intermediate and oversized sizes. On request, delivery is possible just-in-time, just-in-sequence or on demand worldwide.
Even if you are looking for standardized fasteners according to DIN, ISO, EN or ANSI made of special materials and/or with special surface qualities including all approvals (certificates), Stahlberg is the right address for you. We work exclusively with quality manufacturers with ADW approval who are listed in the Vd-TÜV sheets.
